I have a sky box but the only tv aerial in my house comes through an NTL box and the sky box dosent appear...?
-
to receive any reception... Why is this and what do i do to just use the sky box???
-
Answer:
NTL is cable, and Sky is satellite. The cable feeding your NTL box, can only feed an NTL box. It's the same with Sky - you need a dish for it to pick up any signals. Even if you have a Freeview box, you still won't be able to use the cable feeding your NTL box. Freeview needs a standard aeriel cable going up to an aeriel on your roof.
