Can I Make my CRF150F into a racing bike?

i have a Honda xr100 dirt bike and i wanna race it what cani do to it to make it a racing bike

i wont to know if it would be a good beginners racing bike?

and also what are some good upgrades for this bike .i wont be getting a mx bike for a while.
