How to tone my arms, legs and tummy? And become overall HEALTHY! :)?

HI! :) I'm a 17 year old female 155 pounds and I stand at 5'8 according to my BMI I'm not overweight, I'm actually pretty healthy. However, I would like to loose weight. I have stopped eating any types of sugars or wheat and I have seen a difference and starting today no more junk food :( I would like to tone my arms, legs and tummy as I loose weight so I don't get all flabby. Any ideas on how to do so? And any tips on how to loose weight? I'm a ballerina and my motivation is to become a strong and healthy dancer who can go on pointe (I know this is a stretch but if any of my fellow dancers who might fall upon this can give me any tips on how to get on pointe as well I am open to any advice on how to achieve my goals!) I would like to thank you all who answer this, your answers will be greatly appreciated!

As far as I can see, you're doing great already... Make sure your sugars are limited, and try not to snack in between meals. If you need a snack, grab an apple or celery or some fruit/veg... Just keep it up, maybe do some aerobic exercises, and you should be great! Good luck!
