Which is better p90x or insanity work out?

How to do Insanity workout and maintain my muscle mass?

  • To start, I can't do a hybrid of P90x and Insanity because I only have Insanity. So my question is how can I do the full Insanity work out and not lose a lot of muscle mass? If I do Insanity and still lift a few dumbbells will I still keep muscle? And I still can't cook on my own I can't eat 6 meals a day...Unless...Does eating one of those special K cereal bars count as a small meal? Any other tips/suggestions will be much appreciated ^^ thanks in advanced.

    Hello! If you can not do the hybrid then just get some weights as well as a pull-up bar. I have also done the P90X and Insanity. You will not lose your muscle mass if you are still adding some strength training in there as well as some supplements. Are you taking any Whey Protein? If you are male you can also add some creatine into your diet as well! So, just add your own strength training and supplements in there and you will be fine!! : ) Oh, and eating one of those special K cereal bars actually really only counts as a snack unless it says meal bar on it and has enough calories in it!! Make sure that it is not to high in sugar!! I will provide you with some links below to help you with some tools!! : )
