Why did my cursor change to an up arrow?

right now i have a curved red glowing arrow and i want to change it back to a standard arrow

Where do find this the option to change back? I pulled down More Buttons, but the Cursor was not an option. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I know where to find the default icons to change it to, but what if I want a different icon? P.S I saw Microsoft had a banana cursor. I lol'd
