Where is my Corsa making a whinning noise from the engine?

I have checked the alternator and tensioner by taking the fan belt off.I have fitted new a water pump.The engine is a 1.0, three cylinders.

My corsa exhaust is cold from a 15 mins because I had put my hand on the exhaust pipe.My engine had warmed up because thermostat temperature on the dashboard was in between 80 to 90.I have checked under the car for any leaks and checks for any holes...

the engine is a 1.0, 12v, three cylinders. the engine is called ecotec. The noise is coming from engine nearer the fan belt.

it seems to be every time i change gear when accellerating... it can only be described as 'singing' because i always think it could be my mobile phone ringing but its not!! its a w reg 1 litre can anyone advise me what it could be plz x
