windows mail replace outlook express, so what is the incoming mail server of windows, and what is the outgoing settings for windows mail?

What are the incoming and outgoing mail server settings for setting up ymail in Outlook.

While trying to download yahoo messenger I get an error message saying that my proxy server settings may not be valid & it will not let me continue with the download.

I have been trying to get my Windows Mail to be synchronized with my YMAIL account but the only thing I have been able to find is the pop server information for regular yahoo mail. What do I do for those who have YMAIL or ROCKETMAIL accounts?
