What is the POP server settings for YMAIL?

• I have been trying to get my Windows Mail to be synchronized with my YMAIL account but the only thing I have been able to find is the pop server information for regular yahoo mail. What do I do for those who have YMAIL or ROCKETMAIL accounts?
