What are SAT II's for?

I'm a junior in highschool, and I just registered for the Math 1, Literature, and World History SAT II's. I have a few questions about each: 1. I have taken Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and Pre-calculus, each of which I got an A in. My SAT 1 math...

My dad decided to send all of my scores including my lowest scores of the SAT and SAT II that I did a terrible job on. Would this alter their decision or would they ignore them and look at my highest scores?

As a C student in math, but in Calculus AP, Math 1 or Math 2 for SAT II? As a B student in science, all honors (Bio, Chem, Phys), and in AP Physics, which SAT II? Is there a good way to prepare for these?
