Small bone chip in the elbow?

two thursdays ago i landed on my elbow during a hockey game. the next day it swelled up with fluid and we went to see a doctor. the ER doc said it was fine and the fluid would go away on its own. they took and xray and they didnt see anything. but now...

Ever since then whenever I lean on my elbow it really hurts!!!!! I had an X-ray shortly afterwards but this didn't show anything. I think I have a bone chip because even when I move it sometimes I get sharp pain. What can be done if I do have a bone...
