Bone-like lumps in elbow?
-
I had this hard lump in my elbow about the width of a marble, it didn't hurt very much, I then decided to break a board with an elbow strike and the lump disappeared but I was left with about five more of them around the joint of my elbow. it's not really painful, but they are separate from the bone and can be slightly moved around. are they bits of bone or fluid? do you know a way to get rid of them or the cause? thanks! (the lumps rub against the bone)

Answer:
Break a board with your elbow? Do you do Tae-Kwon-Do? My husband has the same problem...what you have is a temporary form of tendonitis, caused by sudden trauma. Apply Ice and take aleve. It will disappear on it's own.
