Is there anyway to recover my Yahoo address book?

After setting up Outlook, and syncing the address books, most of my address book entry's disappeared from the Yahoo address book. Probably are overwritten or sth. Is there any way of recovering that???

Before about 1 year I have an mail address from my friend and in my yahoo adress book but wrongly i was deleete it and now I need to find that mail address.How can I find that address or any otheres.

bt for no reason I can figure dumped my e-mail address and forced me to accept another. Lost my e-mails and address book

I accidentally lost all my contacts that were there in the Yahoo Address Book. I did not delete any one of them. I am quite surprised as to how they got automatically deleted.

I was moving contacts into one contact list. I then went back to get rid of the list i removed them from and they were then erased all together from both list. How can I recover the ones I accidentally erased from my contact lists?
