All of my address book and folders (emails) were deleted in 10/5/11, a yahoo glitch? How do I recover them?

My entire address book and all folders & most of my email's were deleted on 10/5/11. Some sort of yahoo glitch. I need to have them recovered please help

Lost and Deleted Emails or Contacts. Always click on Trash folder first they may still be in there,if not, click on the link below and if it's been less than 24 hrs there is a chance to get them back. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/classic/mail_restore.html or for lost contacts http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/contacts/ab_restore.html Good luck.
