I lost all my Yahoo Contacts from the Address Book.Please tell me a way to recover them.?

I accidentally lost all my contacts that were there in the Yahoo Address Book. I did not delete any one of them. I am quite surprised as to how they got automatically deleted.

As of this morning all my contacts are gone it does not even list contacts, messenger etc. whats up? 3/11/14.
