Is anyone elses youtube not loading videos?

Well, whenever I try to watch a video, it starts loading, then at some time after about 3 seconds of loading, for example... I dunno, 1:06. It loads to 1:06, then completely fills the loading bar at once, I play it, and it stops at 1:06. My internet...

I used to be able to load 1080p vidoes in faster than i was watching them now i cant even load a 10 minute 360p video in 20 minutes! anyone know whats wrong and no i dont have any viruses ive scanned and scanned for them.

I have had a new laptop for the last 3 months now and I sometimes get trouble with loading YouTube videos. Another family member also got a new PC and we have changed our internet to Sky+ (I think) from B.T. broadband. It doesn't happen all the time...
