Youtube Videos Not Loading Properly?

I have had a new laptop for the last 3 months now and I sometimes get trouble with loading YouTube videos. Another family member also got a new PC and we have changed our internet to Sky+ (I think) from B.T. broadband. It doesn't happen all the time but there are some parts of the day (usually the evenings) where they won't load as well as they did for the last part of the day. The thing that puzzles me is that after I try to refresh the page, the video appears to be fully loaded and starts playing but it is only for a split second where the page is refreshing. After it has refreshed it is not loading again. Can anyone give me some clue as to what to do? If so that would be great! Thanks all!
