Is anyone elses youtube not loading videos?

Youtube videos loading extremely slow anyone know why?

I used to be able to load 1080p vidoes in faster than i was watching them now i cant even load a 10 minute 360p video in 20 minutes! anyone know whats wrong and no i dont have any viruses ive scanned and scanned for them.

Hi.I recommend you to erase all your cookies and all your history from your browser (Firefox or explorer or google chrome).and the use "ccleaner" Then you will be able to watch videos Also It happened to me before Bye and good luck

It could be your ISP. It's working fine for me. If you have DSL, disconnect it for 10 seconds, it should reset and your connection could be better.
