Is anyone elses YouTube videos loading slow?

My internet is not capped yet my YouTube videos load so slow. I am not downloading anything in the background and the internet programs I am running are not using too much. It wasn't like this forever but only started like a month or 2 ago. Is there any way I could improve my YouTube loading speed?
Answer:

Try resetting your modem, turn it off for 10 minutes.. then turn it back on. It could be also that your trying to view videos during the peak hour of the day, so you would experience reduced download speeds.

Yes, I sometimes go to link in this site and it does not load as it should. It is not a problem with the Router here, it is a problem with YouTube
