If the turtles in the world all became extinct?

White people pretty much rule the earth. If they happen to become extinct, would the world fall apart?

Because there's no such thing as a wild cow, wouldn't they become extinct. Nobody would want to have cows because there would be no profit Nd thus they would die. On a side note, I'm a vegetarian that loves cows. I know this is a random question.
