If the turtles in the world all became extinct?

If the entire world became connected through internet, and became educated of each other, would any new religions be created?

  • If we get to the point where everyone in the world had internet access, and became educated of each other, would any new religions be created? Current religions would remain, God knows for how long. I think new religions are more easily created the more disconnected people are from each other. Some African tribes have unique religions that would qualify as a cult here because of the number of people in them.

  • Answer:

I disagree. There are plenty of religions on the Internet. They're called "fandoms".
