I need dvd decoder.

I REALLY want the DVD of Muse's concert, H.A.A.R.P. and I want to order it off of Amazon. But will I need a DVD decoder to watch the DVD since I am in the US? I've heard that the color format is different overseas, where they made it. All of the amazon...

my windows media player used to play dvd with movies no problems. Then one day it started telling me it could not play the dvd, because it was not able to decode the dvd. Even though, the same dvd's it cant play now,,,are ones it has played in the past...
