How to get rid of diarrhea?

So yeah I have diarrhea....I need to get rid of it over night because I can't miss school tomorrow. I definatly cannot miss school tomorrow and I'm screwed if I do, I have exams the whole day and yeah. How do I stop it from happening and get rid of it...

Today I got diarrhea and tomorrow I am going to Vegas, at like 4:30. I live in CA and by car to Vegas it is like 4 hours and I dont want to have diarrhea. How can I get rid of it fast? Please help!!!!!!!!!
