How can I get rid of my diarrhea?

  • Today I got diarrhea and tomorrow I am going to Vegas, at like 4:30. I live in CA and by car to Vegas it is like 4 hours and I dont want to have diarrhea. How can I get rid of it fast? Please help!!!!!!!!!
