How to fix my lenses on my digital camera?

I really cant fix them on my own. Does anyone know how much it takes? The covers are just sort of stuck in the camera, but not really broken.

The lenses come in and out of the camera, but the screen only shows black. I've only had it for 6 days, is there a refund or warrenty that applies? What can I do to fix this? Will i just have to buy new camera at full price?
