How can i fix my camera?

i have a canon powershot a2200 I LOVED THIS CAMERA, but the lenses sometimes doesnt retract and the screen doesnt work, does anyone know how i can fix this or where i can go to get it fixed cheap?

Is it still under warranty? If so call Canon. If not, well not much can be done.
