How long does it take for a baby squirrel to open its eyes?

i found a baby squirrel in the ground its probably weeks old hasn't even open it's eyes i need to know how to take care of it help please

One was born on thanksgiving day and the other was born 11/24/2007. So it is a few hours old. But I have never been able to tell when they open there eyes.
