Answer:
get a heating pad and put it on low, then place it half under the cage, this way the poor little guy can move away from the heat if he wants. DO NOT FEED HIM ORANGES! this could kill him, and also try to avoid things with spices on them for food, as mice do not like spices. Try peanut butter, oatmeal oats, and maybe banana. place a small dish inside of a larger, yet small dish, and fill the first with water. (the second is to catch any spilled water, that could cause wet tail. Be sure to get rid of any soiled paper, because if you leave it he could get wet-tail. Also, Do Not try to handle him as this could put him into shock, place any empty toilet paper rolls in him box. and put a clean, dry washcloth next to him, this will give him security and help him not to go into shock. If he refuses to eat solid food, try placing it into the water, this will make it easier to nibble at. Put a dark cover over the box, and put some stuff on-top of it to insure that he cannot escape. Hope this helped and go to www.Awareone.org to search for rehabilitators around you. Bless you for caring about the little animals, I remember when I had the same thing happen to me, I asked a question and the advice I got was "Feed it to your dog". But at least we care. :)

He's probably in shock, but to be honest i think you should just put him back where you found him if there's no injurys. Get him a shelter, like a little hut (a small box or cartoon) so he isn't exposed in the box, and shred some tissue paper so he can lay in it. Make sure he has access to food and water, a milk lid filled with water can make a temporary dish, and feed him pet store food. As he gets older, and if he survives, there's no use putting him back in the wild, he's lost his instincts, so as much as i'm against keeping wild animals as pets, the little guy doesn't know any different and anybody would feel uncomphatable leaving a baby mouse outside to fend for itself. I don't really know what your in for, but it looks like your gonna have to be his new momma, so in a bout a week it looks like he'll pull through, you should go down to the pet store and get him sorted out with the cage and bedding AND a another BABY mouse to keep him company, mice are very sociable animals and get distressed when isolated. Or the alternative to this is if he looks better in a few days, release him where you found him.

give him seeds if you can find any, or go to the store and buy mouse feed. they eat carrot and other vegies. make sure its warm and has a place to hide. give it water in a bottle lid and a clean piece of material to snuggle under. good luck
