How do I send an e mail to all my contacts at once?

I generate a club e-mail for school, so from time to time i have to send e-mail updates to members. Can someone tell me how, if there is an option, to send email to ALL of my contacts, instead of checking them one by one, page by page?. Thanks!!!

Someone has hacked my contacts and is sending out e-mail ads to purchase male enhancement products showing my e-mail address as the sender. This is very embarrassing! What can I do without changing my e-mail address?
