Sending message- how can I block e-mail addresses that I send to many contacts?
-
I don't want others to see multliple contacts when I send an e-mail.
-
Answer:
Put all the addresses on the BCC address line (blind courtesy copy), which is used to hide anything entered on it.. If you leave the TO line blank---the mail will be delivered with "Undisclosed-Recipients on the TO line and that's all anyone will see. OR If you put your own address on TO and all others on BCC----your address is all that will be seen.
