How do I send an e mail to all my contacts at once?

How do I send one message to multiple addresses? Can't insert multiple contacts on e-mail.?

  • Since I have switched from mail classic I am unable to insert multiple addresses when I want to send/forward a single e-mail to people. How do I do this now? When in mail classic it was a no brainer. What do I do?

  • Answer:

Since I have not changed to "New Yahoo", I still have the use of the "Address Book". I am wondering if Yahoo got rid of that feature with the new program. It seems strange that they would, since it is so easy to send those emails to multiple addresses. Is your "Address Book" not there anymore, or non-functional ? I would definitely try to find the Address Book (maybe it is listed another way). I would start the email (new or Forward) then select whichever field I wished. I would double-click the title of the field and see if all of the addresses come up - then select the ones I want inserted. Seems a bit unusual to me. I do not think I could email without the "Address Book" and the "Categories" Good luck

Yes, the All New mail is a bit different than Classic. Try this to insert multiple addresses. >Click on New or Forward. >Then click directly on TO---or CC-or BCC, (whichever address line you want the names inserted on)---and your mailing list opens. >Click on ONE name (address) AND THEN, hold down the "ctrl" key WHILE clicking on all the others you want to send this email to. >Click OK. All those addresses will be inserted on the address line you first selected.. .................. FYI---each address line works separately, so if you're putting several addresses on different lines---(to--cc--bcc)---you will have to follow the above directions for each different line.

Click on what ever line you want the contacts to go in.... IE Click on TO....or CC or BCC.. Once your list comes up there are all mixed together. Individual names AND your categories...CLICK(you might have to double click) on which on you want and it will insert it...good luck
