How do I send an e mail to all my contacts at once?

I want to send an e mail to a list of people from my contacts. How do I select them all at one go?

  • There must be a way of selecting a number of addresses to go in the address box of the blank e mail.

  • Answer:

    usually in the TO: line there should be a arrow if you click it it should give you the option to add all your contacts, or you could keep your finger on CTRL and click on all the contacts that way you select em all.

When forwarding or replying to an email you will see INSERT ADDRESSES just above the TO line...Click on that and all your contacts will be displayed..You must have at least one in the TO line...All others...if you want to hide them can be placed in the BCC line...In addition...you can categorize groups by placing them in CATEGORIES so you dont have to click on each one for future mailings. hope this helps..

if you mean your yahoo e-mail then click and drag down your list of contacts so they all go blue then click on ok job done.
