How can I become more focused?

It's not just reading a book. When I research something that I want to know, and there comes a big paragraph, I just give up. This happens lately.. Or when I start reading a book, I am interested what it says and everything, but when the chapter finishes...

I am always full of ideas which often makes it difficult for me to stick to one thing. I have managed to do so in the past and achieve my goals, but I haven't found a way to consistently remain focused and productive.

Because i lack ambition like i have a anxiety problem...and i take anti anxiety meds prozac which doesnt help me...with 20mg..like when i go out i feel A bit nervous..and its a General anxiety i think i have...because i get annoyed and like i just sweat...

I'm at my breaking point. I have F's, D's, and C's with one or two B's. I don't know what to do. When I ask questions, I get screamed at for not knowing. I come home crying because I just DON'T know what to do. I'm the biggest procrastinator of all time...

well i have addhd and i am on dex and adderall. i have taken 50mg of dex and a 5 of adderall and i dont feel more focused. i have been doing this for a little bit now but i want to become more focused. any suggestions?
