Do you work at the Container Store?

Do they pay fairly well? They say they do on the website, but that can be misleading too.

I here the Container Store is a great place to work. I'm thinking of working here instead of doing the restaurant gigs while working on an acting career. But, I can't find what the hourly wage would be, although I here it's above industry standard.
