What is the shelf life for a container of pillsbury sugar cookie dough?

  • I bought a tube of pre-made sugar cookie dough and completely forgot to use it. It's been sitting in my fridge for probably a month. I'm at work (away from the container) and wondering if it is still alright to use or if I should go right to the store on my way home from work?? Does anyone know how long those pre-made cookie dough packets last? I have no idea if those things expire in 1 week or like 3 months??

Um?? why are you asking this in the medical and diabetes section and not in foods and cooking and recipes or elsewhere?? Because it has the word "sugar" in it and Y!A automatically sends anything with "sugar" to diabetes?? Well, you are totally safe in baking your cookies tonite when you get home or a month from now as long as the package is still sealed. Other wise please donate the cookie dough to the Harvest Pantry or other foods charity!! They will totally appreciate it even if it is out of "sell by" date.
