Difference between fullscreen and widescreen?

What is the difference between fullscreen, widescreen, blu-ray, and (two-disc) collector's edition DVDs? (A source with your answer would be quite helpful. Thanks!)

Is there a difference between the two besides the obvious? The widescreen says that it is a "special edition?" Does anyone know the difference...does it have special cast interviews the fullscreen doesn't? tell me if you have one or the other...
