What is the best brand of colouring pencils?

I am studying art and I need a decent set of colouring pencil. Many pencils are just useless they are not strong in colouring and tend to snap easily inside. I have used normal crayola around £3 or so and it works ok but I want a better set of colouring pencils but reasonably priced as I am an art student.
