Are this Genius speakers wireless?

i got a problem with my 2.0 genius speakers. the original cable the connects the two been chewed by my rat, and now i replaced the cable but the sound only comes on one speaker. i tried replaceing all cables, and the audio card to audilogy soudblaster...

This is for a Windows Xp computer. There wasn't any CD with the speakers.
