what speakers do you advise for my PC... (no genius i hate them)

I think that is a trip to the computer store and see for yourself,I bought a set of Logtech that were on super sale and have been pretty good,but I couldn't really tell ya what to look for or stay away from,just go and have a listen then see if they are worth the price.

Most people will be happiest with a 2.1 setup, i.e., with two desk speakers and a subwoofer. For many years I have recommended (and bought) Cambridge Soundworks speakers. But they discontinued their cheaper models, so their cheapest 2.1 setup for computers is $150 (and still excellent.) http://store.cambridgesoundworks.com/Cambridge-SoundWorks-Amplified-Computer-Speaker/dp/B004LUL216 I once set up a cheap home theater setup for a school classroom with these. They worked great! Another option is to buy a cheap stereo receiver, maybe used, and use regular bookshelf speakers. It will cost a bit more, but you can choose from get a much, much wider selection of speakers, and the speakers are sometimes terrific. PSB Alphas and Paradigm Atoms have great bang for the buck. Compared to the 2.1 systems, you lose the bass, but you can always add a real sub later (for more money.) Other than that, the best thing is, like the other poster says, go to the store and listen to some speakers. I have done that and didn't find any of them even acceptable, but you might find one you like.

I don't recommend any - I recommend full ear headphones.
