How to animate a gif for a very simple loading screen?

My computer is stuck in the loading screen?

• For the past few nights I have been shutting off my computer in the wrong way (just hitting the power button instead of shutting off manualy), I think that's what caused the problem. (..oops..) Anyway, my computer (a Dell Inspirtation) turns on, stays in the loading screen, flickers, and reenters the loading screen. Before that, when I tried to get on, the screen was gray, and it said that something was wrong the computer would "attempt to repair it" and if the repair worked I could log in as normal. The repair didn't work and it brought me back to that same screen. But this time, it never got any further. It just continued to "attempt to fix repairs". I let it run for about half an hour, and it still stayed the same so I restarted my computer (by, again, hitting the power button, because I couldn't cancel it or do anything else), and now it is just stuck in the loading screen. Is there any way I can fix this?

  You can try booting into safe mode (tap F8 repeatedly while PC boots), but if that doesn't work you have to reinstall windows. Computer Repairman
