How do I turn the screen round?

IPhone 4s stuck on loading screen?

  • Just looked at my iPhone and it was stuck on a black screen with the white wheel going round and round. I can't turn it off/on or do anything and when I connect to my laptop and iTunes, the laptop doesn't recognise the device and errors. What can I do?

    I'm not too sure which loading screen you mean, i have an iPhone 4 too, just force turn it off then back on, to do this press and hold the home button + the lock button for around 5-8 seconds, turn it back on the same way as you turned it off.

Try holding down the Sleep button and the Home button together until it restarts. If that doesn't work try putting it into recovery mode and restoring it. You can do that by using the same steps shown in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aeqnK7uYVz4
