How do i relieve some stress??

Same here. The way to relieve stress to me is get drunk. Fuxk with things that u hate or u don't like. Some people might tell u to work out or listening some musik. But they ain't working for me. Here is that just go get some alchols and make urself drunk even then go to bed. Don't need anyone's help cause they all talking ****. The only way to find out problem is urself! Stay drunk! (only now)

Take a nap, go on a walk, scream into your pillow, drink some melissa tea, do yoga, listen to calm music, meditate.

Go find a dull ax and chop down a big tree. It might help.

Try running or some other aggressive and physically stressing exercises. I appreciated you feel like hitting but if you run, bike really fast, swim or do some other exhausting exercises you will start to relive the stress and be able to think things through. If there is a gym near by see if they have a heavy bag and ask if you can try it out - joining a marshal arts class is good for learning to control violent outbursts as well. Good Luck!
