Whats the best way to work out and get big muscles/ Is creatine good or bad for ur body?

Okey, I have started to work out about a week ago and i heard some guys used creatine powders such as ''No Explode'' etc. But isn't that bad for your body???? is it possible to get the same results without using these ''powders''. I mean can you get big without these things?

How old are you? under 17? And don't answer to me, just yourself, if you are 15-16 you don't need creatine, your body is still growing, creatine just helps store more water in your muscles making you "look bigger" not real pure muscle, and you WILL NOT be cut, don't expect slim triceps that look like a small bone sticking out your arm, you will look fat armed, and it will not let you gain the original muscle for your age, I did steroids at 16 and after I stopped I lost most of my gains and was out a big pocket, and creatine is healthier sure, but you loose a lot more after taking it and stopping,and your arms become flabbier... Just workout with high weight for 6-8 reps in anything, for 3 sets and take a 3 minute rest between sets, that's the best thing for you!!

NO Xplode is more a nitric oxide pre-workout even though it does have creatine in it. Yes you can big without it. The best thing to take supplement wise to get bigger is whey protein powder. I recommend optimum nutrition 100% gold standard. Also no creatine is not bad for you, your body naturally makes it, although not much.

First of all, don't use supplements until you build enough stamina naturally so the muscles have something to work with when you add the creatine. No Explode is not just creatine so be careful with all the additives. Every body is different - no person reacts the same way so you have to find what works with you and your chemistry. Creatine supposedly works - I use it and like it. I think it gives me more stamina as well as keeps the muscles from shinking later on. It naturally occurs in your body, anyway, but too much can be bad. Drink a LOT of water. I am no scientist, but I have used it for a long time. To condense my rambling - work out until you feel like you need something extra to keep gaining strength and size. Then slowly work in something and if it works, great, if not, stop using that. Don't spend very much money and protein powder is golden for gaining size completely by itself.
