Do you know any way to get credit report online?

Cant get my credit report online?? trouble?

I recently asked the best way here to check my credit report online, and two people here suggested annualcreditreport.com. I went there and filled out the info, then it asked me which one I wanted to go to, I choose trans union. After getting transferred to the website, it said that i couldn't get my report online, only by mail or phone. Is this normal? I know my address, name and SS# were right. Does this happen to first time users? Now im worried that something is wrong since I haven't checked my credit or applied for a credit card or loan for years. I know, give them a call, but I was just wondering if others had the same thing happen to them.

The first time you get the report this is VERY normal. You must get it by mail They will send you a request to send in proof of your address along with a copy of your dr. lic. Happens to almost everyone. Get all three reports - not just one. Keep notes of everything you do in a notebook so you can keep track...
