Pulled groin... need to heal it ASAP?

Ok, so I pulled my groin doing aggressive stretching about 4 days ago, but it's definitely not getting better. Pretty much any movement of the adductor muscles KILLS. The only thing is, I can't just "not stretch and relax" until this thing heals, or I will lose flexibility. Is there any ways that can encourage healing a little more quickly than just ice/heat intervals? Oh, and please don't give me "you should never stretch that hard"... I'm a gymnast. It's what we do. Thanks! :)
