How to relieve neck/shoulder strain!?

Last week i strained my neck in the gym squatting 200lbs. And since then, the back of my head would really hurt if i exerted myself! The first time i got it, i thought it was a brain tumor or something, but i told my aunt whos a nurse, and she said it was a strain. I told my mum too and she said it was a strain. My aunt said i should take it easy next time in the gym to help it get better. I haven't done weights for 2 days now, but i still get the headaches slightly when i cycle or sprint. But Is there any way i can help relieve the stress while im out of gym for about 2 or 3 more days?
