How do i relieve my STRESS?

Ok so i am having a ton of stress since school started my blood pressure is way too high i get angry out of nowhere thanks to my stress and to make it worse here is a story that would make anyone's head blow up. I have 5 teachers and 3 hate me and i only know why 1 of those 3 hate me its because she gave me a score of 5/15 in a quiz and i made her look it over again and i got 15/15 and then the whole class laugh at her now she hates me and penalizes everything i do wrong if i forget to dot an "i" minus 1 and the thing is that she is the freaking math teacher. And there are 2 more things going on in my life that i rather not tell the internet about because they are family matters.I came close to dieing once cause of my stress. I have tried everything and my stress is still with me Here are some of the things i have tried: 1.therapy 2.counseling 3.Those relaxing tapes 4.Counting to 10 and then back to 1 5.Taking deep breaths 6.Trying to be more social(But failing) 7.Having fun 8.Doing sports 9.Getting a pet 10.Video games And many more thanks to my stress my pulse is so high that almost every day i get a nosebleed and my hair staring to fall out. And all that is happening to me and to make it even worse i am only 12 years old. Some tell me how to relieve my stress? Also this is not a troll what would i have to gain by posting something like this please help me

I suppose you have a psychiatrist? They can help a lot more than a social worker or therapist. Not just medication either, they are professionals and will try and work with you and your symptoms, including any problems you may have at home, school, etc., that aren't even related to your stress. I have a lot of respect for you, trying all of those ways of controlling your stress. Volunteering at a place you feel good about yourself and helping whoever can really reduce how you feel. I'd avoid the News in general whether on TV, Cable, Satellite, blogs, internet, newspaper, etc. I know you have heard this last one. You've tried the tapes, deep breathing, counting, etc. Check out meditation. Believe me I've been diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder, I'm a recovering alcoholic, cutter, and addict. I thought meditation was for people who are vegans and do yoga. :) Through out my classes, appointments, different psychiatrists, and suffering for a long time and not getting any better, I finally gave meditation seriously. I knew that whatever was out there a lot wasn't going to be my style or work for me. So through a lot of trial and error, picking up little things and ways of thinking from all of these sources, I found a way that actually works for stress, anxiety, panic attacks, bad moods or experiences.You seem like you still have some patience in you, and you haven't given up yet. Keep that deep down feeling of being positive and know that there has got to be a way to feel better. Good luck to you, I didn't have the balls to do a lot of the different trials you undertook, and am rooting for you to get well.

You need to relax don't worry what other people think about you just do the best you can good luck
take a nice hot bath and listen to relaxing music. force yourself to smile whenever you remember.... write yourself reminders on your mirror, in your notebook. don't worry if your teacher likes you or not... just do your work and forget about the politics.
This is just life, nothing to get stressed out about. The whole point of life is to live right? So if you're always stressed how are you living? In my mind, when your stressed it's up to you to just say, "this is not the way I want to feel all these problems are not worth it." Seriously, just let it be (the beatles).
