Can my employer withhold my final pay and vacation pay?

Does my employer have to give me the Vacation and Sick pay they promised?

  • Other employees that work with me have already received their 40 hours of sick pay and 40 hours of vacation. Me and one other Employee still have not. Are we entitled to this sick pay and vacation pay that we were promised? The deal was, if we work for 6 months with out Vacation or Sick pay that we would get it! This 6 month period was the probation period. We have both been here for at least 10 months. Please, someone help! If it makes a difference we are employed in California.
