How to tone thighs and butt?

  • Hi (: Okay I am '5"5 and weigh anywhere from 135-138, im 13 My BMI is 22, which i know, isn't overweight, but i always feel like my thighs are HUGE..i hate them and my butt isn't that bad i just think it'd be nice for it to be a little more toned I'm not sure if i have an hourglass or pear silhoutte though because i have a pretty narrow natural waistline and about average sized hips so my torso does create that hourglass shape and even though i have kinda large thighs, my stomach is naturally flat(weird right?) I know that i can't really lose fat off my thighs without losing it everywhere else but if i tone my thighs will they appear slimmer? Thanks to all answerers?(That was more like 3 questions instead of one haha!)

  • Answer:

    squats,lunges,walking lunges and step ups are great for working the lower body. Find a site where you can see them performed. You always want to do them with proper form because you can hurt your knees if done wrong. Good luck
