Jog twice a day?

Will i lose weight if i jog everyday or should i jog every second day?

    Jogging is a great way to lose weight and exercising daily is the healthiest way to go. I would not jog every day though. What happens is your body gets used to the training and you start to burn less calories as your body gets more used to it. I would try to mix other activities into your program. Maybe jog only 3 - 4 days a week and on off days do things like swimming, biking, dancing, weight training, hiking, fast pace walking, some kind of sport, anything that burns calories and gets the heart rate up. Your metabolism wont know what hit it!
