What is a good treadmill workout for beginners?

  • I'm starting my workout routine today. My cardio is going to be on the treadmill and was seeing what would be the best way to get the best workout in. Should I do intervals or just one set speed. How many minutes? I want to do a session in the morning and one at night. Should I also add some crunches in after? My goal is 40 pounds in 2 or 3 months. Thanks and 10 points and five stars :)

    You are best when starting to run to go out for length of time so you can build up your stamina and endurance. How long do you run---for as long as you can, if you have to walk then do so but concentrate on time first. Cool down with stretches and some crunch along with push ups.
